7. Shipping and Delivery

Customers are advised to inspect the shipment immediately upon delivery. Any visible damage, shortage, or shipping discrepancy must be reported to the Store within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving the shipment.
7.5.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other governmental charges imposed by the destination country. Such charges are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
8. Aviation Products and Technical Disclaimer

The Store supplies products intended for the light sport aviation industry, including aircraft engines, spare parts, aviation accessories, lubricants, consumables, and related equipment. These products are designed to be installed, operated, and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and applicable aviation regulations.
8.2.
The Customer is solely responsible for verifying the compatibility of any product with the intended aircraft, engine, or application before completing a purchase unless otherwise confirmed in writing by the Store.
8.3.
The Store shall not be liable for any damage, malfunction, injury, or loss resulting from:

Installation performed by an unauthorized or unqualified person or organization.
8.3.2.
Use of a product contrary to the manufacturer's instructions or intended purpose.
8.3.3.
Unauthorized modification, repair, or alteration of any product.
8.3.4.
Failure to perform inspections, maintenance, or operational procedures recommended by the manufacturer.
8.4.
Technical advice, recommendations, or support provided by the Store are intended for general guidance only and shall not replace the manufacturer's manuals, maintenance ation, or instructions issued by competent aviation authorities.
8.5.
Responsibility for airworthiness, operational safety, regulatory compliance, and the continued safe operation of any aircraft remains solely with the aircraft owner, operator, maintenance provider, or other responsible party.
8.6.
All trademarks, product names, and manufacturer names, including Rotax, Magni, Aeropilot, and others, remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on the Website does not imply ownership by the Store beyond any authorized distributorship or service relationship.
9. Warranty
9.1.
Products covered by a manufacturer's warranty shall be subject solely to the warranty terms, conditions, and limitations established by the respective manufacturer.
9.2.
The Store does not provide any additional warranty beyond the original manufacturer's warranty unless expressly stated in writing.
9.3.
Where applicable, the Store's role is limited to assisting Customers in submitting warranty claims and coordinating with the manufacturer or authorized distributor in accordance with the applicable warranty procedures.
9.4.
The warranty shall not apply to damage or defects resulting from improper installation, misuse, negligence, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions.
9.5.
Warranty claims may require inspection by the manufacturer or an authorized service center. Acceptance or rejection of any warranty claim shall be determined according to the manufacturer's inspection results and warranty policy.
10. Returns and Exchanges
10.1.

19.1.
The Arabic version of these Terms & Conditions shall be the official and governing version for interpretation.
19.2.
In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the Arabic version and any translated version, the Arabic version shall prevail.
