Return & Exchange Policy
This Return & Exchange Policy has been prepared to regulate the return and exchange procedures at Legend Aviation Store, ensuring the rights of both the customer and the Store in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
For the purposes of this Policy, "the Store" refers to Legend Aviation Store, and "you" or "the Customer" refers to any user or purchaser.
1. Scope of the Policy
1.1. This Policy applies only to accessories and spare parts.
1.2. This Policy does not apply to aircraft engines, aircraft, or products that are specially ordered or imported upon the Customer's request, unless the product has a manufacturing defect or the error was caused by the Store.
2. Return and Exchange Period
2.1. Customers may request a return within five (5) days from the date of receiving the product.
2.2. Customers may request an exchange within fourteen (14) days from the date of receiving the product.
3. Return and Exchange Conditions
To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
3.1. The product must be in its original condition as received.
3.2. The product must not have been used or installed.
3.3. The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.
3.4. The original purchase invoice, or proof of purchase, must be provided.
4. Return and Exchange Procedure
4.1. Return or exchange requests must be submitted by contacting the Store via WhatsApp at:

4.2. The Store will coordinate with the Customer regarding collection and return of the shipment to our warehouse.
4.3. Once the product is received, it will be inspected to verify that it complies with the conditions set out in this Policy. The appropriate action will then be taken based on the inspection results.
5. Return or Exchange Process
5.1. If the return request is approved, the Customer may choose one of the following options:
5.1.1. Exchange the product for another product, provided that its value does not exceed the value of the original purchase and subject to all applicable terms and conditions.
5.1.2. Receive a refund for purchases paid by bank card or bank transfer. The refund will be transferred to the Customer's bank account within two (2) to fourteen (14) business days, subject to the processing procedures of the relevant bank or payment service provider.
6. Shipping Costs
6.1. The Customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges unless the request is due to a Store error or a manufacturing defect in the product.
6.2. If the return or exchange is due to a Store error or a manufacturing defect, the Store will bear all shipping costs.
7. Exclusions from the Return and Exchange Policy
7.1. Damage or defects resulting from misuse, improper storage, or incorrect installation.
7.2. Electrical or electronic products after their packaging has been opened or the products have been installed, unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed following inspection by the Store.
7.3. Products with serial numbers that do not match the original records, or where labels, seals, or identification markings have been altered or removed.
7.4. Products specially ordered or imported at the Customer's request, unless they contain a manufacturing defect or the error was caused by the Store.
8. General Provisions
8.1. Nothing in this Policy limits or affects the statutory rights granted to consumers under the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
8.2. The Store reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time. The updated version will be published on the Store's website, and continued use of the Store constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
